Our Team

Rampant was founded in 2020 by Jamar Watkins (CEO & Co-Founder) and Shawn Jewell (COO & Co-Founder).

Jamar Watkins: Jamar started as a creative assistant for University of Kentucky Athletics and later worked with Louisville City F.C., managing content for professional athletes and brands. His expertise in brand building and storytelling laid the foundation for Rampant.

Shawn Jewell: A former collegiate athlete at Lindenwood University and Georgetown College, Shawn transitioned into consulting, helping athletes navigate the NIL landscape. His passion for empowering athletes and creators shaped Rampant’s mission.

Together, they saw a gap: athletes and teams needed innovative content, and creators needed platforms to showcase their skills. Rampant bridges that gap.

Today, Rampant has over 2,000 creators across all 50 states and internationally, partnering with clients ranging from global brands like Nike to grassroots athletes.
